Representing England tae kwon-do at the intercontinental was spread over 2 days. the first night there was a fight night and the team competitions took place.
In the sparring part of the night there were no weight categories so in one of my fights I ended up fighting a woman who was almost 2 times my weight. I didn't win the fight but we still won, getting gold after beating another Canadian team.
the next day was the individual competitions with competitors from Canada, Nepal, Wales and some other countries.
I came out of the day with a silver in sparring, loosing in the final to the Captain of the England squad.
overall it was an amazing weekend and only came out with a couple bumps and scrapes.
